How to use Google Drive

To use Google Drive, you will first need a Gmail account. Here’s how to open a Gmail account.

After logging in to Google Drive, click on the NEW option to create a new folder, then an options menu will appear. There are many options available in the menu options such as File Upload, Folder Upload, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Form etc.

Notice that in the above picture, the options for taking new folders in Google Drive are identified. After clicking New Folder from the NEW option, there will be a dialog box called Google New Folder. Type in the folder name by typing in the dialog box, then click on the Create option. You will see a new folder with your saved name in the My Drive section of Drive.

After clicking on File Upload, you will see a window called Open. Where you can find files, documents, audio, video etc. from your file location and then click on the Open option in the window.
