How to know about the mobile control robot

A robot has different ways to control the wireless system, such as: via remote, via Bluetooth, WiFi, radio control. Through the transmitter etc. But in these ways, the circuit design is very complex and cost-effective. So this mobile control robot with low cost and easy circuit diagram. It’s completely tested or tested. And no microcontroller needed to make it, so there is no problem in programming. So those new stars in the electronics world hope to make it.

To control this robot we will use DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) technology on mobile.

What is DTMF?

In simple words, when we call a SIM company’s customer care, we hear, “Press 1 to listen in Bangla and press 2 to listen in English”. Suppose you press 1, then you can hear all in Bangla. Now the question is whether you press 1 on your mobile or press 2 How does it understand the customer care computer? DTMF is the method that is understood by the computer.
This thing could have been better said that well. But everyone tried to understand very little so that everyone can easily understand.

What do you need?

So, first of all, what we need to do to create this robot. All parts are available in Bangladesh.
1. robot Chassis
2. CM / MT-8870 IC-1
3. L293D IC-1
4. 10uf capacitor-2
5. 7805 voltage regulator -1
6. 0.1uf capacitor-2
7. 3.758Mhz Crystal-1
8. 1K register -1
9. 100K register-2
10. 150K register-2
11. 9V battery-1
12. LED-1
13. Screw Terminal-4 (if required)
14. Connection her
15. PCB / Verbord
16. Mobile headphones jack
Now let’s see the pictures of the parts, everyone can understand well

It may also have MT8870 or CM8870 or other names in the market. Here the number 8870 is real.

3. L293D IC-1

You can put it for your Gulshan Kanshan. There is no problem even if you do not.

14. Connection her.

All of them are sugar, so I do not give pictures of them.

The main purpose of the part’s photos is to identify the parts. Now see the mobile robot circuit.

The circuit is not very difficult. I hope you can make it. I do not think much of the description because the circuit is easy.
How it works
Now let’s see how it works. After making the circuit, attach the motor, battery, headphone jack with all its circuits. Now place headband jack on the headphones of a mobile headphone. The headphone jack on the mobile phone named it receiver phone. And you need to have another phone that will call the receiver phone. The name of the phone you have named it is called Transmitter Phone.
Now from your phone, ie the transmitter phone – call the phone connected to the robot or the receiver phone. After receipt of the call, press 9 from the phone, see the robot going forward. Again, press 6 will go back. If you press 3, the robot will stop. So it can rotate 360 degrees in right and left. There are different commands with all the digits 0 to 9 of the mobile. Seeing the chart below will help you understand how much pressure will work.

Robot Movement Chart

1 —– Front Right
2 —– Reverse Left
3 —– Stop
4 —– Reverse Right
5—– 360-degree rotation (Right)
6 —– Reverse
7 —– Reverse Right
8 —– Front Left
9 —– Forward
0 —– 360-degree rotation (Left)
For example, press 1 on the chart to the right front, press 2, then left behind, press 5 and rotate 360 degrees right. If you see the chart, it can be better understood.

I gave a picture of the ribbon I made, and it would be useful to understand.
